Pick a cabin or container layout and the size that fits your site.

Add electrics, heating, a kitchen or a WC. The estimate updates as you go, ex VAT.
Confirm the quote
We check the drawing, the delivery route and the offload equipment, such as a HIAB or crane, then send your formal quote.
Delivered to site
Your unit is built in the factory and delivered ready to place on a prepared base.

Before you order
Short answers to what customers ask us most. Anything else, call or message us.
Do your prices include VAT and delivery?
No. Prices on the website exclude VAT, delivery and offloading. Your formal quote confirms delivery to your postcode and the offload equipment needed, such as a HIAB, crane or forklift.
Can you change a layout or size?
Yes. Choose the closest layout online and tell us what you need. We confirm the final layout on a drawing before production.
What base does a unit need?
A firm, level base such as concrete pads, a slab or compacted hardstanding. We advise on the base for your unit and site when we prepare your quote.
Do I need planning permission?
It depends on where the unit goes and how long it stays. Buildings needed temporarily on a construction site are often covered for the length of the works, while garden rooms taller than 2.5m usually need permission. Check with your local planning authority; we can supply drawings for an application.
How do I get a quote?
Add units to your quote list and send the request, call us or message us on WhatsApp. Sending a request does not commit you to anything.
